“The second day I was there my daughter and I had come down the stairwell. It may have been because the elevators were taking too long but when I did that I came around to the front to go through the sliding doors that I had a note on there about them locking the doors between I guess 7 PM and 10 AM which makes no sense so I was having to wait for them to come to the doors to unlock up because my key card was not working on the scanner. They may have been having some trouble because when the.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. We chose this hotel based on a previous great experience a few years back and clearly things have changed. This hotel is in desperate need of basic upgrades like hot water, clean rooms, mold removal, elevators & ice machines that actually work & room doors that close, etc. The front desk staff is super rude & completely uninterested in making guests feel welcome. For the price there are lots of good options in the area. Stay away! ”
