“Found a bed bug in the bed and they would not move us to a new room due to being “sold out” or made any attempt to make things better.”

The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. “Staff friendly n polite.”

“I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression.”

“This property and staff make for a great place to stay in Golden, CO. The staff, beginning with the front desk, were always very helpful, along with very courteous housekeeping personnel. I only rated this Marriott as "Good" due to it being a bit dated in some need of modernization for the area.”

“Our first impression of this place was it was difficult to find. The lady at the front was helpful and nice. Note it had a sign that read no more rooms available. The hallway carpets were dirty, worn and stained and the elevators were also dirty. Our room door had quite a space letting light in. Our bathroom had bugs on the floor, the tub and toilet were very stained. The stopper in the tub had bunches of hair and some gross chunky stuff. There was a hair pick stuck in the vent with hair in it....

“The hotel is very nice, clean, newish or recently renovated. The breakfast is good enough-more than adequate. The pool wasn’t open until the 3rd day we were there for some unknown reason, but when it was it was lovely. The location is very good for quick access to Red Rocks and Golden, and very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping.”

“Well appointed room with the most uncomfortable bed I've ever "slept" in. Hard, lumpy mattress covered in plastic which made us sweat all night. Air conditioner barely worked. DO NOT attempt to check-in a minute before 4pm!”
