“We had only booked for one night to go to family reunion. We will definitely consider returning. The space was very warm and welcoming. It is a great place if you have children (no matter what age) traveling with you. There are games and activities for all ages. There wasn't a kitchen so to speak but had all essential for breakfast and lunch, and a microwave to rehear a dinner. ”

“One (probably the smallest) of several lodgings on the property. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay. The whole unit has a subtle sway to rock you to sleep. Personally, I loved it. We stayed in 90 degree weather and the A/C was a LIFESAVER. My only real complaint was one of the other guests in the castle kept leaving the common kitchen a bit messy. Thinking about coming back and trying the hobbit house. We pretty much kept to ourselves, but there are plenty of common areas to hang out.”

“My wife and I stayed here for a week. It was near family and I had an online training class. The White Lotus was perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful, the host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved the Zen vibe and the amenities available, although we didn't use many of them this time. We will be back.”

“We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. ”

There was no phone service as listed, unfortunately we did have an issue with there being no active emergency phone line. “We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! ”

“We stayed one night on our way to the Outter Banks. We were greeted by the sweetest pup and family. We even received delicious fresh cherries. The accommodations were as pictured and very clean and comfortable. We have never stayed at a location, so well stocked. The farm was so cute.
