“Basic needs were met”

“Came in on Amtrak for the weekend and I took an Uber to this hotel. Staff are very nice! The breakfast setup is pretty cool with a pancake machine and a yogurt dispenser, along with the usual fare; lots to choose from. The room was mostly clean; could’ve been a little better. The mattresses are on wooden bed frames and there was a lot of dust and hair behind the mattress that I didn’t leave there. I only saw it when my phone fell down there and I had to lift the mattress up. Nothing I’m sure a...

“Lobby and exterior are well maintained and look great. Rooms are getting old, smelly and need to be redone.”

“The staff, service, rooms and everything was great. But the whole hotel smelled stagnant and like vomit, especially upon entry. Otherwise, great place!”

“The beds were super Duper comfortable. That is why they get four stars but right now they’re under construction so hammer and drills at 8 AM. I Also, the hallways are dusty and messy because of the construction materials and the debris that leaves behind. BUT, once you enter the room, you are met with a quiet, clean room in which to sleep until 8 am that is 😏”

“I called before booking to make sure the hot tub was working, booked the room after verifying that it was. I get there the hot tub is barely lukewarm and it’s not jetted. It’s just a side pool.”
