“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great in room, breakfast was good. Easy to get too and there is a driveway to the back of Walmart and Sam’s so that it is easy to get to those if you need something. ”

“Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper.”

“Breakfast was extremely minimal. There was no syrup even for the waffles, no eggs, OJ was Sunny D. There was no one at the front desk for check in. We waited about 10 min. ”

“My favorite place to go when I'm in Longview since I have pets. Miss April is the best! They're always welcoming, always helpful, always friendly. If you have any needs they always try to accommodate! On site laundry, 2 restaurants on the surrounding property, a daiquiri shop, grocery and convenience stores, bars, and other food options, all within waking distance. Always my go to place... 100% Highly recommend.”

“This is the loudest hotel I've ever been in. Doors slamming, banging all day lo g, being woke up 7 in the morning by banging. When the front desk was askabout all the loud banging I was told we have to listen to it all day as well. Ummm, no!! The carpets was very stained with black sticky stuff, our feet stuck to the carpet. Definitely needs some deep cleaning of the carpet.”

“El desayuno no era como otros holiday inn, no habian salchichas de pavo, la pisina era super fria, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y el piso de la pisina se veia sucio, no la podimos utilizar, lo unico bueno era la limpieza del cuarto, pero esten mas al pendiente cuando se acaban los jabones. ”
