“It's a little off the beaten path, but the town was super cute and the lady at the front desk was wonderful with a warm welcoming smile at the end of a long day's journey. The beds were really comfy and it was a slice of Americana I feel is becoming harder and harder to come by.”

“Very clean, quaint, well supplied and furnished studio. Perfect touch of Fall decor made for a homey stay. We rode the Raccoon River and High Trestle bike trails and they were able to provide a secure spot for our e-bikes. If you like to golf, looked like a nice 27 hole course. “Our group of seven plus three dogs stayed in the farmhouse for a week during the summer and were very comfortable there! The house is large and very private, and we wish that it had been cooler weather so that we could have enjoyed a fire in the inside fireplace. We did somewhat miss having a dishwasher, but we survived! The listing and pictures are accurate, so you know that while it might not be the most luxurious accomodations, the affordability makes up for that. It is a drive to get back to...

“This beautiful home was large enough for our family and the kids really enjoyed the swing set and card games!!! Within 25 minutes of Living History Farm which was a hit for our family! A nice quiet location and wonderful, large screened porch for the whole family. Since the mosquitos were way too friendly. We enjoyed it!!!”
