“While it’s reasonable to have more relaxed standards for a budget property, this hotel didn’t even have soap in the bathroom. There was only shampoo. When I checked in, the person at the desk did not give any information in addition to the room number: no WiFi info, no breakfast hours, no ice location. I’ve stayed here before and it was better than this visit, sadly.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. I always stay at a Hampton!”

“This place is a DUMP. I would have given it -5 ⭐️ had that been an option. Holes in the walls, drug addicts hanging around. Definitely a BIG mistake booking this place.”

“Room smelled musty….black mold on ceiling by shower. Property seems somewhat neglected. I was surprised that it was rated as high as it was…I would give it a 3-4.”

“Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely...

“I was charged by Expedia and charge by hotel would like refund”

“The place is quiet/cute and decent for the price. The host had delayed responses to messages. The items in the place were old. Closet in front room was broke but overall I’ll stay again since I’m 4 min from my family. ”
