“Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. “DO NOT TRUST THIS CHAIN WITH YOUR TRAVEL PLANS! I had a confirmed, paid-in-advance reservation for yesterday. I arrived at 5:30pm to get my room. The front desk person said all rooms were taken and they had no room/bed for me! Management had overbooked. Turned me away. Didn't find another room for me. If you reserve with them, be prepared to sleep in your car, like I did.”

“Fireplace the carpet smelled the water pressure in the one bathroom was terrible not very clean. The bathroom bathrooms were too small. The towels were horrible.”
