“Good position and hospitality, but old room”

“Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm.”

“Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice.”

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat. Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.”

“This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

“Very pretty corner hotel, great location. We stayed in the King room with the sofa bed. Room looks a little bigger in the Expedia images, but still plenty big for two people. I like that I can connect my YouTube, Netflix etc to the tv. Some hotels don’t offer that still? Room was updated with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker iron/board, can’t remember if I saw a safe in the closet but I didn’t bring valuables that wouldn’t be on my person. Large windows and tv. “Very nice property and polite staff. Unfortunately it was very crowded with construction companies and workers that would eat a lot of food causing shortages. Also, there were a lot of families with small children so if you're looked for a business atmosphere you should pick somewhere else. Others than that it was a good experience.”

“Chipped paint and furniture. Dings and rust. There was stuff under the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. The range hood was very greasy and dirty. 1 of the two burners worked. Vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires. No kitchen items at all. You have to ask for them. I asked for a can opener and made due with left over food containers.
