“It was nice we slept great”

“This apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was perfect for 2 people, including sitting area, fireplace and nice outdoor space to sit and relax. We found the hot tub clean but not too hot and jets were okay. The shower did give a nice high pressure massage and kitchen was furnished with all the necessities. We enjoyed the stay and sorry we didn’t find time to make use of the bicycles provided. It was close to all the Shawnee NF spots but did keep us out all day enjoying the great hiking...

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is older but has all the comforts of home, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Anytime we needed something, it was there — from toiletries and cooking spices to little candies left for the kids when we checked in.We loved the remote, rural setting — it was peaceful and a great place to unwind after long days of hiking, biking, and exploring the forest. The only small downside was some traffic noise from trucks passing by in the mornings, but it...
