“Good location and pool ”

“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

“The room was spacious, clean, well air conditioned and had a beautiful view facing the golf course. Our daughter loved the main pool and the daily children's activities.”

“I chose this hotel for its amenities and was very disappointed. The train ran very slow or not at all. The boat ride was closed the entire time we were there. Are room was very far from exit and we had to make the long walk several times due to the train operating very slowly or not at all. When we checked out we waited over 30 minutes. The dolphin shows and snorkeling was a plus for my grandson. However they ran out of towels for the guests on a daily basis. I would not stay here again ”

“Room was clean! Had a balcony overlooking the beach, which was fantastic. The location was great- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. The luau at the hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“L'appartamento era molto grande e dotato di tutti i confort, letto comodo. Un pò distante dal centro di kona e distante una mezz'oretta dalle spiagge più belle di sabbia fine. ”

“Bell’hotel in splendida posizione sulle colate di lava tra palme e prati verdi! Bella anche la baia dove fare snorkeling. Bellissimi i pesci che girano nei canali di acqua marina intorno all’hotel. Servizio da migliorare ma l’albergo vale il prezzo. Ci tornerei”

“When I arrived, the AC was blasting. I called the concierge and an engineer came, took the cover off the thermostat and change some settings. After that, when the AC came on, it ran at a lower speed. Still somewhat annoying, but less so. Also, I found it surprising how skimpy the toilet paper and the kleenex were, considering it's supposed to be a 4-5 star resort. I thought the music playing by the pool area was way too loud. I did find the breakfast menu food was excellent!!”

“Struttura datata ma ok se non si hanno pretese. La vetrata che portava al poggiolo aveva bisogno di un bastone per esser chiusa in sicurezza. Clima non presente ma eravamo già stati avvisati..è bastato il ventilatore. Per gli stessi soldi credo si trovi di meglio.”

“Clean room, comfortable beds. Our only complaint was that we wanted to extend our stay by another night and the front desk could not do it without waiting for the reservation staff to arrive which wasn't to happen until 10am. Essentially we had to pack up, check out and be checked back in later. Needless to say we did not stay. ”

“Camera molto grande, aveva sia cucina che salotto e pulita. Servizi offerti dalla struttura ottimi. Se proprio bisogna trovare qualche difetto forse sarebbe bello ci fosse un bar o qualcosa di simile interno.”
