“Staff was really slow, fist room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I hadn’t had to wait so long for the front desk woman to check me in.”

“The room was spacious & clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Very quiet place and next to a unique tourist attraction.”

“Staff was great but hotel felt run down and rooms felt old. There was a floor fan running in our hallway all night and the AC unit ran nonstop from the wall either blowing freezing air or hot air. Fitness room was closed for no reason ”

“The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. There was a cigarette burn on the top blanket, and stains on the sheets. No ice in the ice machine. Said there was "free" breakfast, and all they served was waffles and coffee.”

“The property was perfect, Wayne met us and made sure everything was fine. The home was extremely clean and neat, and very comfortable. It was pet friendly and our 2 labradors were very comfortable. We were there for an SRS test in Union City so the location was great. Would definitely come back!”
