“The property was dated and hadn't been upgraded since what looked like the 70's. They didn't have what one would call a modern refund policy. The room was musty smelling and in old condition. I would not recommend it location to anyone. It was bad enough that I returned their key and stayed somewhere else even though I lost my money.”

“The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our very late check in time. The room overall was nice and clean though the air unit didn’t keep the room cool enough. Breakfast was very good, a wide enough selection to choose from.”

“This was our 2nd year staying here for our girls weekend. We enjoy how easy and friendly the check in was. We were early but had no problem checking in. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. The pool was wonderful and breakfast hade a nice variety of. We will be back again!”

“Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

“Everyone we met from the staff was polite and accommodating. We parked right by the room. We had some much needed coffee and tea in the morning. It was a very relaxing place and we couldn't have been happier with all we found.”
