“Great location for walking downtown LaCrosse! Liked it had onsite parking.”

“Door would not open. Needed to get staff to help.”

“I booked a room through Expedia, relying on the photos of the hotel and the rooms that they have online; however, due to renovations at the hotel, the types of rooms Expedia is offering are no longer available. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely view of the river, but I was a bit disappointed because I paid for a type of room that the hotel no longer provides.”

“Pretty basic room and hotel. Breakfast was average but there was enough to get the day started. Good location and rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Nice stay, greeted quickly and check in was fast. Room was clean and quiet. Love the dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Plenty of parking. Free continental breakfast. We did not swim but the pool looked very nice!”

“The stall overall was nice, pool was a good size, clean, well kept. Lobby, stairs needed a cleaning visible layers of dust. They don't come and clean your garbage give you clean towels or make your bed if you stay 2 nights. Breakfast had good variety.”

“Very clean and updated room”

“Everything very clean, parking very close, outstanding views of Mississippi river.”

“For the price I paid the rooms were small. Elevator was slow rooms properly air-conditioned.”

“The staff were friendly, professional, and hospitable. The Woodbury & Co. hand soap, body wash, and hand lotion was absolutely amazing and refreshing. The bed was comfortable although the water pressure was awful, a cobweb in the corner and the fan above the jacuzzi tub was dirty and needs attention.”
