“DISGUSTING. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Rude staff telling us its the smell of the wood not mold. Desk staff unbelievably unprofessional, hanging up on me several times refusing to process refund. Working with expedia to get my money back. RUN from this place”

Only hand and bath mat towels were available (the one lady that does the laundry said she couldn't do laundry because she had to work the front desk). Would not return to this hotel. Room had vomit on the beside table and the mini fridge smelled. After we asked for room cleaning and was told "no" I was over this place. The staff we did encounter were...

“Hi, the bathroom is small and they keep it clean but it is a old hotel, staff was really helpful. The keys didn't work to the room unless you put it in the slot multiple times went, the staff also had this issue with our door. May have been a one room issue.”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Room 223 had a slippery floor when we walked in, and the shower floor was extremely slippery also. Too much or improper cleaner?”

“We were extremely pleased with the room and accommodations. The complimentary snacks, juice and water were a very pleasant surprise. Coffee was also available however we didn’t use that service. I have absolutely no doubt that we will stay at the Camelot again when we are in town!!”
