“The property served its purpose. But I checked in on Thursday and reported that the sink stopper was broken. I reported each day and it never was fixed. Also, having a 4:00PM check in is crazy. I noticed that housekeeping wasn’t in a rush to get rooms cleaned. On my floor, I didn’t see them until after 10:30am. Maybe get them to start their day sooner rather than later. Front desk staff were real nice.”

“Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. “Needed a weekend getaway and some peaceful sleep. Absolutely best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Location is secluded, perfectly quiet and peaceful, and wonderfully setup.”
