“Arrived 1 hr early, wouldn't let me check in because they needed time to inspect the room...we waited 40 min, they let us in to a mothball smellin, stained comforter, and piss on the toilet seat "clean" room. The older lady up front was cranky and rude! Saw a maid vaping also...nice place yall”

“Decent enough, comfortable bed but the room and property needs attention, worn out receptacles- plug something in and the plug falls out because the receptacles are worn out and the towel rack fell off of the wall ”

“Clean room, plenty of parking and options for meals a nice walk away or a very quick drive. Mel at the office is absolutely top tier. She does calls ahead of time to ensure you’re all set and is an absolute delight to meet in person. She’s one of those people that just exudes positivity. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. ”

“We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. The shower was big enough for two people and the tile in the bathroom floor was just beautiful. It also had an extremely large walk-in closet and lots of shelves. To make this unit even...

“The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. ”

“Friendly staff, you can tell they are trying to remodel to keep things up to date. Also want to note, the room and bathroom was clean. However the makeup towels did have hair on it which was not mine. ”

“Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt. Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry!”
