“We’ve stayed here in the past and without issues. This trip however the elevator on our side of the hotel was down which meant we had to walk the entire hotel each time we came and went. The door handle for our room was also broken and wouldn’t accept the keycards so ended up having to get replacements a couple times. Something else that is new is that now you have to pay to park each night you stay here, $15/day.”

“The resort was just as expected. Very nice amenities with many choices for activities and restaurants. And the pool areas were wonderful with staff available for food or drinks. Awesome! Will return!”

“Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating.”

“Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back.”

It was my first time in Florida and I was really happy sipping my beer, listening to the country music from the next door bar and feeling like I was on holiday, even though I was there for work! “For 1, I got a room with 2 beds and told them I had children, the bathroom was a death trap for my toddler. The tub was so slick I had to go buy bath mats to put in it. The built in shower METAL fold down chair was also extremely dangerous. There was also a sharp spot in the center of the tub floor that cut my babys foot. And its just part of the tub. There were all kinds of spots on the blankets, I went and bought blanket sets for the beds. The wifi was HORRIBLE, I evem paid for the "better"...
