“We showed up in a terrible storm, power out in most of the surrounding area for days. We managed to get two of the last rooms. The room price was cheap, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and claw machines kept my niece occupied, and they even had a hotel bar open on weekends for the adults. Would definitely stay again.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the front desk employee who worked at check-in. She was incredibly rude and should not be working in customer service. She spoke disrespectfully not only to me but to every guest I witnessed her interacting with. One of her comments was that I was “not their guest until I checked in,” and because of that I was told I couldn’t use the pool or any of the hotel’s amenities while waiting. “The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
