“Booked online the day before, drove 4 hours to stay there, walked inside with my confirmation number only to be told I’m not found in the system and the only solution was to wait 30 minutes for someone “who has the answer”. The simple thing to do would have been “sorry for the inconvenience…let’s get you a room similar or better than the one you booked.” So we walked out and booked somewhere else.”
