“Let’s start with our room. The mattress was very soft, the bathroom had no exhaust fan. Yes there was a coffee maker in our room but if you went downstairs for a regular cup of coffee, they charge five dollars. I find that ridiculous. We did have dinner at the restaurant very hard taste the water had a very odd taste.”

“Rooms and hallway is very dirty. We have spider webs in our room corners which we have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never seen this before. The elevator was dirty always and looks like it’s never been cleaned.”

“Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling.”

“The grounds, bar and restaurant are beautiful, well staffed and maintained. Drinks were fantastic. The rooms and hallways are very dated.”

“Il peggior hotel dove ho soggiornato. Sporco, materassi macchiati e colazione orribile (non c’era praticamente nulla).”

“Pillows excellent Bathroom terrible/ Had a new toilet seat that did not fit. Ceiling had brown stuff all over it. Plastic chairs hard as rocks. Tub stopper out of tub and was a mess. Electric unit on bedroom wall uncovered with wires out. Breakfast was ok. Check-in person was fine. Easy checkout.”

“Nice hotel, good location and very good breakfast”

“Posizione ottima per soggiornare al lago Seneca e visitare le cantine”

“I asked for my hotel folio as I was Leaving and I was told the Expedia would provide that to me. A day later I still don’t have the folio. Why is it so hard to get a receipt for a hotel stay? No where else do I experience this issue. Why now?”

“it was in a good location at the end of some stores out of the way of any traffic”

“We stayed here because of its convenient location near the business centre. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found dozens of Q-tips and tissues that had not been cleaned up under the sofa bed. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping could definitely be improved.”

“Clean room; friendly staff”

“Comodo motel”

“We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.”

“The property was ok. The pool and hot tub need serious work! Rooms need updating. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Carpet in room stained. Door keys don’t work. Had to have housekeeping get me back in room several times despite front desk fixing. Breakfast was empty an hour before it ended and staff just sat there waiting to put the chairs up.”

“Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!”
