“main lobby smelled awful, like dead animals. I thought it was the snow, but stayed again and same issue. Room was clean though. just really bad first impression.”

“Overall the hotel was a great find. However, there was dog hair from a previous dog that stayed in the room which was a tad off putting. The bathroom had a musty smell to it. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.”

“Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...
