“We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT.”

“I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. “This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed.”

“Fast check in and friendly, professional front desk staff. I stayed 3 nights. They state that breakfast is “continental” and that’s exactly what is offered so people shouldn’t complain. The machine dispensed coffee is pretty awful. I had a standard king room and it was clean and good sized. They do need to add another chair to the room.
