“Customer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.”
