The space feels like you just immersed yourself into the world of The Hobbit. The kitchen was well equipped... overall rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting. The host was very clear and responsive and timely with any questions we had. Definitely recommend... even if you never watched The Hobbit or are not into the genre... the home is a must see.”

“Everything was clean just few thing I found the king size bed sheets one of the pillow cover had oil stain. Also some of the pans were not clean well. I had to thru out empty food items. Other than that, everything else was great.!”
