“We enjoyed our stay at Spring House Inn. It reminded us of staying in a state park lodge. It is on a large property with a creek, lots of trees, plenty of parking. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. Breakfast offerings included eggs, sausage, waffles, and yogurt. The hotel is very convenient for a visit to near-by Indiana Dunes National Park (visitor center is about a 6 minute drive). We would stay again. “Not bad. We enjoyed the price. Husband liked the breakfast. The place was clean as it could be with being in a beach town. We slept well and felt safe. Pool was kind of cloudy so we just didn’t swim in it. The mirrors were cool in the rooms! There were air tight covers on both the box springs and the mattresses which is one thing I look for at every hotel when looking for bugs, so that was good! Everywhere should have those!
