“All the staff were friendly and helpful. They all displayed amazing customer service skills. The parking lot and lobby area were clean and decorated well. Their coffee is 5 stars!! ”

“Older property in need of updating. Dirty walls and floors in lobby area. Dirty carpeting throughout. Peeling dirty wallpaper in hallways. Elevator door sticks. My room had a slight smell. Black mold above shower(I have a photo). Breakfast lady couldn’t keep up with refills and cleaning. Folks were constantly asking for items. ”
