“Live music way too loud and wish it was smoke free. Hotel was great. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Wish the sports bar was still open. Not many food choices. Slots are tight. ”

“Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor...

“We were there 4 nights and never had our room serviced {no clean towels or trash emptied}. On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient”

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

“This place was fully modernized and very clean, and a very cozy atmosphere with a wooded area outback and a wonderful patio. Everything about this place is updated. The only negative is that there is no breakfast option although the clerk said that they planned on having a food truck option for breakfast in the near future.
