“Nice place close to everything”

“You are very limited to what you can order to eat in the later evening. The resort itself does not have very many choices for dining. When you go out for dining into the harbor, most places close early and you’re not ideal for a traveler on a late flight. The check-in will be a nightmare! The line was literally snaked back row after row after row. Not all check-in stations were open. It took an hour and 10 minutes to get through the line. “Good stay good price”

“Washcloths wasn’t clean in the room. Only had two ice machine working. Getting off the elevator hallway had a sour smell. Bathroom was small for it to be a king room”

“Upon arrival l was notified of a $150 returnable damage fee.....it was 100 degrees and the pool was down....All in all it was a terrible experience and will never book again”

“While the hotel is beautiful, the main focus should be THE COMFORT OF THE BED. MY BED WAS HORRIBLE - HARD and the AC unit was very loud; turned it off to sleep but then it was too hot (July 4th weekend). The male clerk at the front desk appeared to be irritated (checked in around 11p on 7/4) and was rude to customer in line. Not a friendly reception at all.”

“This property was not the best stay. The rooms were not cleaned well, wood utilities were falling apart, we experienced bugs (roaches) in our bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were not a normal pillow size, it was like half pillows. It’s very outdated and needs a lot of upgrades and improvements as it states under new management so things should be changing soon :) The pool was the best out of it all. The complimentary breakfast was also okay. Parking is good, and the staff...

“Breakfast was European style ..$18 per and coffee was $2.50+ per cup. We opted for Silver diner and received service and free refills for the same cost. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”
