“I just love that place and also customer service at the front desk is very helpful. I hope there keep up the good work and I know I do appreciate what they do for us.”

“I spent 3 nights at the hotel while attending a trade show at the Gaylord hotel and convention center nearby. The Harborside is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it should you need to travel to National Harbor. My room was very comfortable and looked very recently renovated. The bathrooms was a little small but it really didn't matter. Having the free shuttle available was also a huge plus. The breakfast food was pretty standard but completely fine. What impressed me...

“Clean room.”

“The elevator was scary. That was the only thing that I had a problem with”

“my cozy room pet friendly staff”

“The hallway carpet needs to be replaced.”

“Continental breakfast not included and a $10.00 parking fee for a disability veteran license plate is shameful. For the price of the motel it should of been included. I wouldn't stay there again.”
