“The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return. ”

“Clean room and linens. Could use updating, but everything was in good working order. There was a bit of musty smell upon entering the room, but nothing that stuck around long. Check in was easy and very quick. ”

“Clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff was attentive and went beyond their duties to see to our needs even driving us to the train station to save us a three mile walk! Breakfast was great, even the eggs were prepared as needed not just left in the pan to dry out. A GREAT experience!”
