“The room was really clean, the lobby smells like chlorine because of the open pool. Book the breakfast through expedia and order whatever you want off their menu when you get there, it will all be covered and it’s worth more for your buck that way. Make sure you tell the front desk when you check in that you got the breakfast too. Great rooms, and smart tvs can sign you in to whatever platforms you own. HDMI jacks for consoles as well.”

“The property seems somewhat run down or in the process of being updated. The room had some sort of animal dander which caused an allergic reaction. Didn't seem totally clean.”

“Was not a clean room by any means there was a strong paint smell throughout the hotel the hot tub was cold and the bedroom was nasty. Hair in the tub dirty pillowcases the shampoo was empty and when we asked for housekeeping we had to proceed to ask another 3 times and when the housekeeper showed up she was very rude. Do not stay here not worth the money. This was a trip for my birthday and to say the least was not happy.”

“My key did not work after several attempts and on multiple occasions. My refrigerator did not seal properly and did not work properly. Bed was way too soft Room and property or dirty. Staff was very helpful.”

“This has been one of our worst stays. The hotel smells bad as soon as we walk in it smells bad. Then when we got to our room it also had a smell to it. The rooms were dirty there was cockroaches all over it the rooms . We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and decided to not stay the second night and lose the money for that night than stay there again. We did ask to be moved especially from one of the rooms that was worse but they said there was no manager until the next morning!”

“We had a one night stand Manhattan our door keys didn’t work upon check in. There was food in our room, and the sheets were dirty.”
