“Everything was fantastic. The room was comfortable and there were extra towels and blankets. Everything was clean and well kept. They thought of the little comforts and provided them. The staff was helpful and friendly.”

“Almost nothing in our room worked correctly. TV stand was disfigured. No charging outlets. Electrical plug-in receptacle didn’t work. Food was tolerable but not good. Very disappointed.”

“The check in clerk overnight was TERRIBLY rude. He was more interested in taking his personal phone call and told me he was “doing me a favor” by allowing me to check in past 2am (I tried calling to ask about this, but never got the phone answered. Now I know why). The room was old and DIRTY. I found HAIR in the shower, stains in the toilet, stains on the walls.”

“I booked a room online for my parents who are in their 80’s. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor. That request was only granted when my mother fell attempting to get up the stairs (no elevator). The room was dark and drab with an unpleasant odor. Very outdated!”

“Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not care for the breakfast, there was not much to choose from. I would of liked to have eggs and toast. Coffee was a bit weak but you could walk to McDonalds. Its not a five star hotel but the price was very affordable.”

“I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend”

“Good breakfast for some but lacking vegan items..at least plant milk(almond,oat,or soy) would help broaden possibilities..did have fruit and oatmeal and typical bread that vegans can have..add plant milk and tofu scramble instead of eggs for an enhanced experience for your guests”
