“Friendly staff, clean room, grateful for the guest laundry room”

“I was never more miserable in a motel! My grandson and I were assigned a cabin UNDER that assigned to a VERY noisy family! The floor insulation was practically non-existent, and for two days, when we were in our room, we heard their CONSTANT thumping back and forth (with creaks galore), PLUS they constantly moved furniture. “Being pet friendly was a plus. The room floor was dirty dont walk without shoes i had to throw a pair of my sons socks in the garbage, there was no microwave or fridge in the room, the shower heads aren't adjustable probably to save on water useing low pressure. At first my son had excess to the wifi useing his VR glasses then the internet access was restricted all of a sudden but i was able to still use my laptop with the same wifi. “Friendly staff. Rooms were average - what you would expect from a suite type hotel. We had a kitchenette which was great for our longer term stay. We never got to try breakfast because we left at 5:45am every morning and breakfast started at 6am.”

“The room itself was spacious and modern. We liked the kitchenette feature. An extra sitting chair with ottoman would have been nicer. The heating/cooling unit is right next to the window side bed in our two queen bed room, and it was uncomfortable when it was blowing across me while trying to sleep - i could not sleep when the blower was on.”
