“Avoid this place at all costs. Do not give these people any money. This place should be closed. The room had animal pee and poop on the pull out bed in room. It was disgusting. Due to rooms being over booked for furnace fest and the Bama and Georgia game we had to stay here. Everything was sold out. The room smelled like wet dog and pee. The floor was coming up in spots and the room was disgustingly dirty. Mold in shower, Grim on the floor, stains on the towel and sheets. Y’all should be ashamed...

“No AC, horrible customer service, no housekeeping services, and more to name but don't have the energy since I didn't sleep cause of how hot it was in the room. Maintenance was supposed to come and never did for the entire 4 day stay. Stay far away from here.”

“There was a delay with the rooms being ready at check-in which was inconvenient, but a staff member came by to get our names and within a few minutes we were told our room was ready. Everything else went smoothly. Amenities were nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and easy access to the mall was a nice treat.”
