“AC wasn't old & didn't work well, very muggy in the rooms (very humid while trying to sleep,sweaty), floors were not swept well, extremely musty & old smoke smell. Breakfast was not good at all.”

“Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet.”

“Room was very humid. Took most of the night with the AC all the way down to dry it out. Strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner.”

“There is a $50 incidentals fee charged upon check-in. There is also a $20 charge for parking which comes out of your incidentals fee. There is a restaurant on site, and we were told at check-in that the breakfast from 6-10am was complimentary, so we planned on grabbing breakfast on our way out. It was not complimentary and the cheapest item was a kids meal for $9. By this time it was too late for us to go anywhere else.”

“I highly recommend. The property is beautiful. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. I got a chance to enjoy the rooftop. I would highly recommend to visit it. The entire staff were friendly, always willing to help and professional. I will definitely be back.”

“A nice, comfortable stay overall. The hotel is a little dated in places, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. The standout was definitely the complimentary breakfast—it had a great variety, was well stocked, and was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I’d happily stay here again.”

“This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.”
