“A good, clean hotel with friendly service—I recommend it to everyone!”

“Room are wack and dirty carpet should be vacuumed, bugs in rooms, towels have stains, check your covers, dead and alive bugs in rooms, fridge works, latch on doors don’t mean privacy cuz they come into your room even when locked, invade privacy, says no smoking but my first night it had a bag over the smoke detector already, and the people that live there smoke inside the rooms as well, so that’s doesn’t mean anything, if house keeping was done properly it’d be a okay room, pool stays closed,...

“The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.”

“The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. Poor lighting in the room. Front desk woman was unfriendly and did only what was required to get her job done. I would not recommend it going to this place!”

“We had a great stay at FR Ranch! The location was perfect, and the host was awesome and very welcoming. We really enjoyed fishing at the pond and all the amenities around the house. The property felt very safe since the entire ranch is fenced, and the courtyard has its own separate fence as well. The complimentary noodles, eggs, and bottled water were such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay again!”

“The house was phenomenal. It fulfilled all our family needs. We had just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The common areas are perfectly placed and we loved the open concept. The decor and furnishings were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Although we weren't able to use all the outside amenities due to the weather. Everyone was kept entertained and happy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Skip”

“We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.”
