“Service.”

“I believe they were in the middle of a Renovation as there was boxes in our room. The room was clean the bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom has a dirty towel and could use some paint to clean it up. It’s the better of some cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at recently.”

“Fantastic host. Went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Beautiful historic home that felt very welcoming and cozy even though it is so big!”

“Better than pictured. Beautiful lake and decks! Super comfortable living room furniture. Near great local restaurants.”

“Our stay was very good. Way better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely do it again.”

“Great one bedroom apartment located close to UCONN. Easy check in made it turnkey for our weekend. Appreciated having coffee and bottled water available. I would/will book again.”

“Jenny was very responsive with communication. The apartment is cozy, could be a little tight with 6 adults - as the listing mentions the table only seats 4, and the kitchen and bathroom are not large, but are fully functional. The Bidwell Tavern was closed for vacation the week we were there, but would have been super convenient. The sushi restaurant was delicious and we walked to the lake, which was lovely. Great location to explore eastern CT.”
