The only rooms available to us were in the very back of the hotel where we had to drive around huge shipping containers full of lord knows what, as well as workers staying in some of the rooms hanging over the rails watching your every move as you came and went at the facility. “Such a homely welcoming hotel with large sized bedrooms in a quiet location with the benefit of a large indoor swimming pool. Would highly recommend. We had breakfast in the town where there are restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Blowing Rock is a charming town but if you want nightlife Boone is the place.”
