“Everything is not good at all”

“Dated property, comfortable bed, adequate shower but old tub, old thin towels, poor breakfast service as will not stock dinner size paper plates for waffles- claimed they ran out, but the same thing happened the next day & try to put a 8” waffle on a 5” dessert plate! Would not give real plates either. Tiny ants in room whenever any kind of food or drink on table. Staff is hard working & place was cleaned & smelled good everyday. Management needs to get new towels, spray for ants & improve the...

“Property is under renovation and that should be disclosed upfront. Bathroom sink didn’t drain at all. If door wasn’t slammed closed, electronic siren would sound which was very annoying. Had to close door with major shoulder weight to stop siren noise each time door was opened/closed. Otherwise, room was as should have been. Breakfast was weak compared to other stays. Front desk staff was almost nonexistent as they tended to stay out of sight.”

The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options and was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”

“the front desk people were nice. but the entire place was smelly and while it wasn't filthy it definitely wasn't the cleanest place. but got it cheap. so you get what you pay for”
