“Hotel senza sistema di aria condizionata. Per quanto concerne la moquette dell'hotel credo di non averne visto in tutta la mia vita una tanto sporca. L'area colazioni era inguardabile. Il personale era sufficientemente gentile ma totalmente inattivo. ”

“This hotel has almost everything to be the best option close to the airport. It is in a strategic position, the room and bathroom appeared to be clean; the breakfast was nice to have (both for the variety and the space). BUT the condition of the bed sheets and towels was so disappointing! The bed sheets had stains everywhere, and there was long hair in three of the four towels. “Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. “The property really needs some maintenance to it. Very dated all round. Champneys used to hold a high standard name as a spa hotel but over the years it’s really lost its touch. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the spa facilities. Was in the spa for 2ish hours and not a single member of staff cleaning anything. Mainly the floors which were full of grit/hair/dirt. Edging of pool areas have algae. Really just needs a deep clean. We didn’t stay for dinner however we had breakfast...
