“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”

“Lovely stay, would come again. Nicely presented room and bed was comfortable. Lovely walks along the river on doorstep. Easy parking. My room was on second floor so I struggled a little bit to carry everything up. The room was very warm so I was grateful for the fan provided in the room. I would worry about how warm the 2nd floor would be in the summer. The email with check in information was great. The farm shop nearby is very good and useful.”

“Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

“Staff double charged me after I told them I had paid for the hotel on Expedia via PayPal, so I basically had to pay again on arrival after already paying on Expedia via PayPal. I still haven’t been refunded yet either. Joke of a hotel and a service! Will never stay at this hotel again and I recommend nobody else staying either.”

“Great location and very clean. Parking spot available in secure lot under the apartments. It has a combination washer/dryer, but it took about 6-8 hours to complete one load. Apartment is up one flight of stairs. ”
