“The room was clean and as expected. The bathroom showed signs of wear with little bits of mold in the shower. There was a jacuzzi tub which we didn’t use but someone may find that useful if you have little children who need baths rather than showers. There was shampoo and body wash but no hair conditioner. The best part of this property was the location and the meal voucher for the restaurant next door. That was completely worth it. The location is perfect for walking to the church and around...

“What a disgrace of a business!! Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail. We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in. Staff were not hospitable at all, acted like we were an inconvenience, and that's putting it mildly. Room was freezing cold with an ineffective wall heater that did nothing. Bed was hard as the floor, and one cotton...

“Didn’t see any staff on that day. There's no shampoo, body wash just a handwash in the shower. No face tower, just one hand tower in the shared bathroom/toilet for the whole house. Love the kitchen and lounge area, clean and tidy. ”
