Case in affitto a Mackenzie Basin

“This is a great location as it's just across the road from shops and an easy 5 min walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd. The room was clean and cozy, although it seems to be next to the laundry so you can hear the staff talking and working as they did the laundry and hear the machines going. They usually only start from around 8am until early evening, but if you're a bit sensitive to noise, this might not be ideal. The kettle was also broken although the owner apologised. The driveway...

“Well positioned, great for our needs but expensive compared to other similar rentals.”

“We had a really lovely stay in Tekapo. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and everything we needed was well prepared. The kitchen is well equipped.”

“Double glazing, soft beds, nice kitchen dining lounge layout, beautiful flower gardens, close to Mt Cook and Tasman glacier, quiet, restful, roomy, plenty of space.”

“The property was well located for our travel needs. The property was comfortable.”

“We loved our stay at the Brown House, thank you to Janet our host too who was always very communicative and helpful. We will be back!”

“値段の割に、アメニティがイマイチだと思います。”

“Perfect for our family stay”

“Responsiveness of the host was superb! Access to the restaurants and amenities via walking was ideal. Quite comfortable on all accounts with wondrous views.”

“It’s beautiful place with close proximity to the lake and church. I wish they had a dryer. Also, no shampoo or conditioner. ”

“We stayed at Crystal Water Ohana as a family with our three adult children and really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful, luxurious new home — very clean, comfortable, and actually felt even more spacious than it looked in the photos. All the heaters worked really well, which we especially appreciated as we were visiting towards the end of winter. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We actually cooked two meals at the house during our stay, and it was very convenient...

“I don’t ever do a review but I think anyone potentially looking at booking this accommodation should be aware of the layout of the house and bedrooms. The listing says 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, it is actually a 2 bedroom house with one bathroom. There are 2 cabin style dwellings on the property that are being classed as bedrooms, there is another bathroom, however this is only accessible from outside and is not located very close to the outside dwellings. The booking was for 3 adults, requiring...

“Beautiful view, house spectacular, great communication with the owner, highly recommended. ”

“Worst experience ever. Given the wrong code to check in, had to call and wait for over 30 mins on the phone to get the right code in the middle of the night. Called Expedia to resolve the issue after. They said it’s a VRBO booking and they can’t help. Then why is the booking on Expedia? Called VRBO after and they said you contact the host directly. The WORST experience ever. Just AVOID.”

“We had a great stay. We had everything we needed and the fireplace kept us toasty after our cold winter outings around Lake Tekapo. Our host even went above and beyond and shipped an item we left behind to our next destination.”

“A very homely spot to stay with lovely views of the mountains. Communication with Sam was excellent, and it’s a great spot being so close to the supermarket, restaurants, and play ground! A very comfy stay. Thanks for having us!”
