“Clean room and very cozy! The staff did not seem very enthusiastic about helping me with the check-in and barely gave me directions to my room. Additionally, the garbage left at the bottom of the stairs next to the gear lockers was not collected for five days. By the time I checked out, it was starting to smell bad, which made the area unpleasant.”

“Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. “Multiple areas of our room were unclean. The toilet wasn’t flushed, hairballs on the couch, stain on the sheets for one of the beds, a receipt on the bedroom floor from previous guests. We arrived not knowing that the parking lot was shared with the holiday inn express. Glad that we only booked the 1 night.”

“The room was clean, nice and quiet. The only issue was the air conditioner kept turning on and off relentlessly throughout the night so it kept us up at night and we had to turn it off.”
