“Spent 5 nights with a friend, we were in the VI celebrating my birthday. Hotel is pretty ran down and outdated, pool is VERY small. Complimentary breakfast was good, you choose from a menu each morning what you would like. Staff was helpful, but I wouldn’t say they were kind. More dismissive than anything. One of the nights the hotel had little to no water pressure and staff arranged for us to shower in an unoccupied room. Inconvenient, but we were thankful to shower after a long day at the...

“The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! The management even brought in a mattress pad when the bed was a little...

“Everything went great! Services were fast with a little bit of island time! lol. This was our second year and will be making this our annual vacation. If you’re looking for the fancy ritz Carlton, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for a family friendly, good food and a little peace and quiet…this is the place! “Wyndham is a timeshare complex. Beware of the sales pitch you will be presented with at check in. There is no breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The restaurant is not affiliated with the Wyndham and the service is very lacking. What is really nice about the stay is the staff. They are very amenable to your needs. The resort is also very quiet and you can always find a beach chair. ”
