“Beds were of poor quality, kept me up all night. The expensive Copper Room was a joke. The decor is from the 90's and the food was almost cafeteria food. The service was awful.”

“It was ironic to be asked to review "2BR Condo with Breathtaking Panoramic View" when we ended up in the back of the building on the ground floor - the campground next door was - hmmm. The pictures all show balcony overlooking the mountain. The good, the unit was roomy. We appreciated the separation of the second bedroom with it's own bathroom because is provided privacy and sound barrier. The common area overlooks the waterfront so we were able to see the show. Access to the beach...

“Great location, very clean & had amenities needed. Roomie place for 4, and loved the balcony! Short walk to the beach & lots of food & shopping options. Was disappointed as they advertised as having laundry. Upon arriving, we learned it was coin laundry & shared. So perhaps updating the listing to be more specific (shared & coin) laundry would be helpful.”

“We had a wonderful time. Rooms were excellent. Kitchen could have been better stocks, for example, a larger pot, a cookie sheet. One of the beds was a cot, for which there was no bedding, and the sofa bed was not comfortable. We were 6 and it would have been really crowded for 9.”

“The room definitely needs some work on updating areas. The carpets in the bedrooms are cream colored and had a lot of stains and the rug that was in the living room was the same. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok, but with the carpets I did not feel so comfortable. We had an issue with the freezer having a hanging wire and it temporarily was not working but contacted them and they had someone come look at it and fix it right away. “I loved how cose to the lake this place is! And, the kitchen was perfect. Having a dog restricts restaurant access but it was easy to make meals in the suite.”

“The property is located right across from the lagoon, which is an excellent place. I liked that it wasn't right in the centre of town, and was, therefore, somewhat quieter than downtown. The room was clean. I didn't see any staff, but I was happy with any questions I had re visitor parking. The kitchen was more than adequate, with coffee, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator. If I had known there were beach chairs available I wouldn't have taken our own. I found the outside a little...
