Hotel storici in Norfolk

“Ein wunderschönes altes Hotel in bester Lage. Zwei Kritikpunkte: mein Zimmer war ohne Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Ausserdem, gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Lokal, das an Freitag und Samstag offenbar Livemusik anbietet und das enorm laut. Als Frühaufsteher würde ich das Hotel daher leider am Wochenende meiden. Ansonsten habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Booked this hotel for my parents for for a concert at the corn exchange. They were really pleased with their stay. Their room was spacious with lovely decor, the breakfast was great and staff really friendly. Would recommend.”

“The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! They then had to go out for batteries as nobody could get it to work! There were thick cobwebs around one of the pictures but the room was...

“A very nice hotel with good facilities with a lovely golf course, spa & pool. Room ok but felt basic. TV very old poor quality, kettle needed descaling and no glasses for drinks in room yet given bottles of water? Asked maid to make up the room in afternoon but when came back in evening it hadn't been done our bins were full up. This wa resolved after I'd gone to reception. My disabled wife tried phoning House keeping, room service and reception for items but nobody answered phone?? Very...

“Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. ”
