“There was four of us that stayed at the Blue Mountain resort, two adults and two children under 6 years of age. The kids really enjoyed themselves and especially loved The Plunge! The added value of unlimited Gondola rides, Canopy Climb, and the Private Beach were a nice bonus that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The parking garage was hard to navigate at first but after you've been there once, it makes sense. The reception staff was friendly but they were only checking everyone in and not asking...

“Was decent. Outdoor pool was kind of crowded and had no chairs available, but to be expected on hot sunny days I suppose. Restaurant was disappointing in every way possible. Poor service, mediocre food, and over priced. Other than that pretty good and no issues with the room itself.”

“My husband and I have stayed at this resort a number of times and usually have no issues. However this time I had bad experience. I used the hot tub on the first day we were there for less than a hour and by the next day my bathing suit went from black to brown. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders. Disappointed in this response.”

“Clean spacious room. Mini fridge and microwave were useful and coffee in the foyer.”

“If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!”
