While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was less satisfactory than we had anticipated. On Friday night, loud music from the Daiquiri establishment continued until 1-2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. On Saturday night, even louder music from the next door neighbor caused vibrations through the walls and floors, further impacting our comfort.”
