“Very disappointed with the condition of the property. Mold and mildew smell with mildew inside windows and could not see out of the majority of the windows. The vents in the bathroom AC unit had mold. Crack windows through out. Safety concerns with flickering lights. In need of pest control. Alot of repairs are needed. Sad as this could be a nice property that has a great location and water view.”
