Hotel a Ventress

“The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I interacted with so many people during a very short stay, and everyone was so nice. The property was clean and our room was very clean. The lobby doors lock at night and the area seemed a little sketchy at night but no issues. Breakfast was included and was what you’d expect. Very meh but fine. For the price I think this was a great value overall though. ”

Told me I needed a credit card for incidentals, but when i said the website didnt state that she acted as if she never even requested the card from me. And then I paid for a room with one king bed and a sofa and she intentionally gave me a room (116 to be exact) with double queen beds instead, which was cheaper but didnt refund my difference but that was ok because that wasnt such a big deal for me.
