“Only one elevator was working. With the building being 9 floors, it became a hassle waiting to use the elevator. Thankfully my room was on a fairly lower level and I was able to access the stairwell. Amenities were so-so. Towels were threadbare. Valet was nice. Checking in could have been a little more receptive. However checking out, the woman at the counter was more interested in playing on her phone. She couldn't be bothered to even take my room number or provide a receipt for the...

“I went into this having read the reviews, so I didn’t expect much. I was actually surprised with how clean the room appeared. It smelled strongly of some sort of perfumed cleaner. No bed bugs or visible bugs. Day 1 was fine. It’s not a nice, nice place but good for a quick stay while passing through. This does appear to be the kind of hotel that people live at or, maybe DSS helps pay for their stays?
