“Great little house. Clean beds and facilities, overall beautiful location. Easy access to Naples or Penn Yan for good food and coffee, and a good distance for a day trip to Watkins glen or Seneca lake. ”

“Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

“Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. ”

“We loved our “vacation home,” as our kids loved to say. Carol, our hostess, was amazing and helpful. She hid stones for our toddlers to explore and find on the property. They loved the pine woods in the back, with a beautiful sunrise! We loved the hideaways in the house—the kids spent every early morning reading on the window bed and every mid-morning in the loft, laughing and playing and feeling very grown up. They loved chasing frogs at the pond, and all of us loved having fires at night. We...
