“Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, ”

“La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

“It is ok but not enough lifts for so many rooms and people, sometimes we had to wait ages for the lift to arrive, plus on the weekend one lift broke down and there was only one lift working for hundreds of rooms. Staff really kind and helpful. I would go again. ”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

“Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche).
