“The hotel has a easy‑going vibe, but it’s let down by some serious operational issues. Reception staff were rarely present and felt understaffed, and there was no information about their working hours or any emergency contact number. We were given a room facing the road and sunrise with one of the four windowds didn't have a curtain. The receptionist kindly offered to move us, but the room we wanted to inspect was already occupied. We ended up staying in the original room, where the bed was...
