There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. Just overall run-down appearance. Restaurant service was good but the burger was terrible. Just a plain, gray, frozen patty with no seasoning. Disappointing overall experience.”

“My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price”
