“Rooms were very clean and comfortable, thankfully the staff saved some of my items that were left behind and kept them at front desk for my pick up.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub and swimming pool were not operational. The breakfast offerings lacked healthy options.”

“In the room we had issues with the TV. In the morning, taking a shower the water wasn’t draining very well at all. Brought these issues up to the staff. The next everything was taken care of. Outside the parking lot was like to small ponds after the rain they received. Water didn’t draining very well very well.”

“We felt very comfortable... it was clean, well kept. Staff were friendly when we talked with them. Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Quiet. We would stay there again.”

“The pool has not been open for a very long time. One elevator was not working had a walk down the hall to the other elevator.”

“Staff was helpful in letting us switch rooms to a ground level. Room (very humid and bathroom was tiny) ehh, beds were ehh, we were robbed and our hotrod wasn’t stolen so there is that.”

“The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.”

“Wonderful staff, large clean room with comfortable beds made our stay very pleasant. The burger restaurant was delicious and the servers were wonderful and very attentive. Easy access back onto highway was a plus.”
