“Veldig positivt overrasket. Innsjekking på pub på hjørnet. Hyggelig mottagelse. Litt trang trapp, men da vi kom inn på rommet vet det helt topp! Rent og fint, gode senger, flott bad med alt. Enkel men god frokost. Hyggelig personale. Svært sentralt med kort gangavstand til alt. Prisen for det er litt trafikkstøy Ville definitivt valgt stedet igjen”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in occasione di un concerto al pavillon theatre. Ideale per raggiungere il teatro, cinque minuti a piedi. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento della stanza, dopo vari tentativi di risolverlo, accensione di stufetta elettrica un poco desueta, su insistenza ci hanno cambiato la stanza, più spaziosa e se vogliamo caratteristica essendo in mansarda ma con i letti oggettivamente un poco sfondati. “As maturer visitors, we found that having only one handrail on the stairs was challenging. An extra handrail would help. Other than that it was a great stay. If we are to return to the area the Bosuns Chair would be our first choice. ”

“Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”
